This booklet tells you how to order a commemorative certificate for a special wedding anniversary.

You can order an authenticated copy of the entry in the marriage register certified by the General Register Office. Commemorative certificates are available for Silver, Ruby, Golden and Diamond wedding anniversaries registered in England and Wales.

The General Register Office for England and Wales (GRO) hold records for all births, marriages and deaths registered in England and Wales from 1 July 1837.
