This regulatory position statement (RPS) is about collecting food waste that has been produced at separate premises within one overall site. The site must be owned or operated by (or on behalf of) a single owner or occupier.

For example, separate:

  • retail units within a shopping mall, retail park or market
  • tenanted units within a multi-tenant office block
