  1. Applications for the Woodhouse Colliery conditional licences reference CA11/UND/0193/N, CA11/UND/0194/N and CA11/UND/0195/N have been refused.

  2. Removed application for Aberpergwm Colliery full underground licence (CA11/DM/95/0025/C) that was issued by the Coal Authority.

  3. Removed applications for Dan-y-Graig No.4 Colliery (CA11/DM/95/0030/C), Bradley (CA11/OPC/0444/N) and Aberpergwm Colliery (CA11/DM/95/0025.1/C) that were withdrawn by the licensees. Removed applications for Lochinvar Central (CA11/UND/0192/N), Whitehaven Offshore No.2 Area (CA11/UND/0184/N) and Whitehaven South Prospect (CA11/UND/0177/N) that were approved and issued by the Coal Authority.   5. The conditional licences reference CA11/UND/0184/N and CA11/UND/0177/N have been issued.

  6. The applications for conditional licences reference CA11/UND/0184/N and CA11/UND/0177/N have been determined and approved.

  7. The application for licence reference CA11/UND/0192/N has been issued and approved. The application for licence reference CA11/DM/95/0025.1/C has been determined and approved. Application status explanations added.

  8. The application for licence reference CA11/DM/95/0030/C has been withdrawn.

If an application is approved, the licence has to be signed by the licensee and the Mining Remediation Authority before it is issued.
