Details

This licence applies to third parties intending to create new information or datasets that are developed in whole or in part from existing Coal Authority licensed data.

The new information or dataset created must not:

• contain any of the original Coal Authority data as a whole, or substantial part of it, and must not be open to reverse engineering to create a copy of the original data
• be substitutable for any part of the Coal Authority’s licensed data or services
