Update paper prepared by CO-CIN for SAGE and NERVTAG on variant of concern B.1.1.7. It was considered at SAGE 77 on 21 January 2021.

This was a rapid report based on data that was not source verified. Findings may be revised after quality control and are likely to change as further data is acquired.

As new evidence or data emerges, SAGE updates its advice accordingly.
