The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Martin Chinnery

Regulated facility type
This is an application for a new bespoke permit authorising the operation of a tyre recycling facility. The operation will accept waste tyres and will treat them by sorting, separation, cutting, baling and compaction. The throughput will be less than 25,000 tonnes a year.
