The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by CM Coaches Ltd with effect from 1 February 2020
- disqualify Michael Hazell from holding or applying for an operator’s licence in any traffic area for an indefinite period. This includes being a director, shareholder, consultant, manager or employee of any entity holding such a licence
- disqualify Andrew Poole from applying for or holding any transport manager position for an idefinite period
- disqualify Michael Hazell from holding or applying for any position of transport for an indefinite period
