As part of the 2-year infrastructure and adaptation project which ran between April 2009 and April 2011, the government commissioned 4 independent studies. These studies reviewed climate change adaptation in the following areas:

  1. energy, transport and water - technical risks and operational implications
  2. ICT
  3. energy, transport, water and ICT - market, policy and regulatory models analysis
  4. engineering

This publication compiles the findings of all 4 studies.
