The Fast Stream is the Civil Service’s flagship graduate-level leadership and management development programme. It aims to equip some of the brightest citizens with the knowledge, skills and networks they need to be future Civil Service leaders and managers, capable of delivering better policy-making and better public services for the country. This recruitment data is used to help continuously improve the Fast Stream programme.
