FOR release 29376

  1. In each year since 2008, the number of occasions the UKBA has imposed civil penalties under section 15 of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 on employers for employing illegal immigrants.
  2. The yearly total since 2008 of civil penalties imposed on employers under section 15 of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
  3. At the end of each year since 2008, the total number of outstanding civil penalties (monies owed but not yet paid) arising from orders imposed on employers under section 15 of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
