Details

The CLAIM1C form is specifically designed for use following assessment of costs by the court. It incorporates elements from both the CLAIM1 and the CLAIM1A meaning that it can be used in civil hourly rates cases and also those family cases that escape the fixed fee.

Using the claim checklists and completion guidance should help to ensure the claim is completed correctly.
