A National Voice worked with the Department for Education throughout 2010 to 2011 to build a national picture of the current position of CiCCs. The aim was to map the strengths and weaknesses of CiCCs across the country and monitor their progress.
This report highlights common challenges faced by CiCCs and makes recommendations for improvements.
