1. Disclaimer: FMS comparison matrix and associated information
This table shows the key features of the financial management systems (FMS) currently used by schools when recording and reporting financial data. Schools can use the table to help them to compare FMS providers when they are deciding whether to move to a new FMS.
It gives details on features the FMS providers claim are available in their system and is based on the latest information given to us by providers. The table also shows whether FMS providers are part of a DfE-approved framework.
The table explicitly does not endorse or recommend any of the FMS providers listed and you can read more about these providers on their own websites.
Trusts/schools must still carry out their own detailed due diligence, including checking the accuracy of information given on or collated from provider websites, before they make a final decision about whether to change FMS and which FMS to move to.
