Details

Chapter 33, section 1 is guidance on section 40 of the Immigration (Carriers’ Liability) Act 1987. This covers charges in respect of passengers without proper documents and is used by UK Visas and Immigration when handling applications.

Chapter 33, section 2 is guidance on section 32 of the Immigration (Carriers’ Liability) Act 1987 and covers penalty for carrying clandestine entrants. This information is currently being updated.
