Amendments to the ‘basic’ anti-dumping and anti-subsidy Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 and Regulation (EU) 2016/2037.
The European Council announced amendments to trade defence instruments by Regulation 2018/825 in Official Journal ref. L143.
The substantial changes to the rules governing anti-dumping and countervailing measures apply to all investigations for which a notice of initiation is published in the Official Journal from 8 June 2018 onwards.
