Use this form to change the registered office address of a company in liquidation, or if you're restoring a company, or if it has a default address.

Use this form to change a registered office address if the company:
- has been defaulted to the Companies House address
- is in liquidation
- is applying to be restored to the register
- is an unregistered company
For all other companies you should change your registered office address online.
If you use your home address as the company’s registered office address, it will be available to the public.
