You may file this form if you have chosen to state that your registered office address is situated in Wales as opposed to England and Wales.
This form can be used to notify Companies House of an unconditional change of name by the company members.
It costs £30 to file the paper form.
It’s easier and quicker to file your NM01 online. Filing online costs £20, or £83 for the same-day service.
