The Commission has advised in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/544, OJ ref.L92, that a request to change the name of a Chinese exporting producer of ceramic tableware and kitchenware has been accepted.
The name listed in regulation 412/2013 will be changed to the name shown on the producer’s business licence.
