Details
The sluices on Caversham head lock gates require urgent repairs to ensure that they will be fit for the boating season ahead. Divers will be replacing the worn out parts with newly fabricated parts.
There will be no passage through Caversham Lock between 7:30am and 1pm on Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 May 2019.
The walkway across the head lock gates will not be accessible and pedestrians will be directed to cross over the tail lock gates as an alternative.
