1. APL3.1 Which applications attract a full right of appeal?

From 25 June 2013 applications for the following categories attract a full right of appeal:

  1. Settlement and dependant categories (including PBS dependants). This applies to dependants where the main applicant has been issued entry clearance;
  2. EEA family permits;
  3. Overseas domestic workers in a private household, where the applicant is not being refused solely on paragraph 159A (i) of the immigration rules.
  4. UK ancestry
  5. Representative of overseas business
  6. ECAA business persons
