We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:

RE: Case Resolution Questionnaire ( Legacy Cases)
1. Any policies held in relation to the above, i.e. the criteria to be eligible for one and the reason the information has been requested and what it will be used for.

1. Confirmation as to whether they are linked to the Amnesty that was announced on the 19th July 2006 and if so what the criteria of the Amnesty are and when will it be implemented.
