Details

All companies involved in the transport of dangerous goods need to complete an annual audit.

The audit must be carried by a qualified dangerous goods safety adviser (DGSA).

This form provides a template for the audit report and asks about the:

• arrangements the company has in place to deal with the transport of dangerous goods
• provision of dangerous goods training in the company
• quantities of the different types of dangerous goods transported during the year
