We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following: 

1. How many licences were applied for and issued for High THC cannabis cultivation in 2010.

2. How many licences were applied for and issued for Low THC cannabis cultivation in 2010.

We released the following information on 25 July 2012.

 

The Home Office received a total of 62 applications to cultivate cannabis during 2010. 57 applications were made to cultivate low THC cannabis, of which 49 were granted. Five applications were received for high THC cannabis, of which all five were issued.
