     1) Revised explanation of our area approach to renewing time limited licences and addressing sustainability. 2) Clarification that the requirements of habitats directive sites will over-ride the CAMS status. 3) Minor changes to the status of water bodies and the hands off flows in certain areas. 4) New maps where necessary to reflect these changes.
