Details of the application
Cam Park Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for a licence to abstract water from Bottisham Lode at National Grid Reference (NGR) TL 51383 65446 to transfer it to Hartridges Drain, at NGR TL 51396 65462 without intervening use. Within Swaffham Internal Drainage Board at Cam Park Lode, Cambridgeshire.
The application is to abstract water as follows:
- 50,000 cubic metres a year
- between 01 April and 31 March inclusive in each year.
- By means of a gravity feed inlet pipe 100 millimetres in diameter.
