Cabinet Office: Civil Service People Survey 2016

The results of the 2016 People Survey, which looks at staff engagement and experiences of civil servants working in the Cabinet Office.



The 8th annual Civil Service People Survey was conducted across 98 Civil Service organisations, including Cabinet Office.

The fieldwork for the survey ran from 3 to 31 October. 1,817 people working in Cabinet Office participated in the survey, an overall response rate of 87%.

The report shows results from the survey from 2016. The questions are used to generate 10 headline indicators; one to measure the levels of employee engagement and 9 to measure the factors which influence engagement.
