The 8th annual Civil Service People Survey was conducted across 98 Civil Service organisations, including Cabinet Office.

The fieldwork for the survey ran from 3 to 31 October. 1,817 people working in Cabinet Office participated in the survey, an overall response rate of 87%.

The report shows results from the survey from 2016. The questions are used to generate 10 headline indicators; one to measure the levels of employee engagement and 9 to measure the factors which influence engagement.
