C S Backhouse Partnership: application made to abstract water

Sally Backhouse, David Stephen Backhouse and Edward John Backhouse trading as C S Backhouse Partnership , has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 2/27/09/196/R01 which authorises the abstraction of water from underground strata comprising of Sherwood Sandstone at National Grid Reference (NGR) SE 69767 20298 at Commons Farm, Rawcliffe Bridge, Goole, East Yorkshire.
The variation applied for is to add a new abstraction point at NGR SE 67582 18540.
The aggregate abstraction from both points is as follows:

between 01 April and 31 October inclusive in each year.
The water will be used for spray irrigation.
