Details of the application
C S Backhouse has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 2/27/09/196/R01 which authorises the abstraction of water from Sherwood Sandstone at Commons Farm, Rawcliffe Bridge, Goole, East Yorkshire at National Grid Reference SE 69767 20298.
The variation applied for is to increase abstraction quantities to:
- 27 cubic metres an hour
- 648 cubic metres a day
- 51,160 cubic metres a year
- at an instantaneous rate of 11.3 litres per second
