This guidance is for businesses supplying consumer and non-consumer products on the UK market and summarises the requirements to notify relevant authorities if products pose a risk to the health and safety of consumers or in the workplace and/or are found to be noncompliant with the relevant legislation.

This guidance applies to businesses supplying goods on the Great Britain and Northern Ireland markets and sits alongside PAS 7100:2022 on Supporting better product recalls.
