Decision of the Charity Commission published on 15 November 2013.

The charity wished to transfer the assets of a number of charitable prize funds to Bury Grammar Schools Charity.

The trustees assured the commission that they would ring fence any transferred funds, but there was no legal requirement for them to do so. The commission upheld its decision not to accept the resolution to transfer the funds.
