This data release reports on building safety remediation, current at 31 October 2023, and should be read alongside the Written Ministerial Statement published on 16 November 2023 by the Minister of State, Lee Rowley MP.
It includes remediation progress of buildings in the ACM programme, Building Safety Fund (BSF), Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS), developer remediation contract, and reported by registered providers of Social Housing. It also includes data on local authority enforcement action taken against high-rise buildings with cladding defects.
The management information tables also include data on the progress of the Waking Watch Relief and Replacement Funds.
