Building Safety Regulator disciplinary panels
Disciplinary panels consider cases where concerns have been raised about the conduct of registered building inspectors or registered building control approvers.

Details
The Building Safety Regulator (BSR) is responsible for maintaining professional standards and public confidence in the building control profession.
In line with the disciplinary and sanctions procedure, disciplinary panels consider cases involving alleged professional misconduct by registered building inspectors (RBIs) and alleged breaches of the professional conduct rules by registered building control approvers (RBCAs).
Each panel includes:
- a legally qualified chair and disciplinary officer
- an RBI
- a lay member
