Details

The purpose of this circular is to draw attention to the Building (Amendment) Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/856) and how the amendments apply to the Building Regulations 2010.

The changes made by these regulations apply in England and to excepted energy buildings in Wales.

These amendment regulations come into effect on the 1 October 2017 and 28 February 2018.
