A progress report on 2 years of work carrying out the recommendations in the report ‘Building a safe, confident future’.

The Social Work Reform Board (SWRB) was set up to carry out the recommendations of the Social Work Task Force to improve social work training and practice.

The SWRB was disbanded in September 2013 when Isabelle Trowler and Lyn Romeo took up their posts as Chief Social Workers.
