This is a Triennial Review Report into the BFI carried out by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).
It has followed Cabinet Office Public Bodies Reform guidance to question the necessity for NDPBs and their control and governance arrangements. It contains background and history of the BFI, the results of the stakeholder engagement exercise and evidence gathered by the team. It also contains a list of DCMS recommendations for future improvement.
