Details
Water has a key enabling role for sustainable development. It was included in the United Nations 2030 Agenda as the sixth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) - Clean Water and Sanitation.
Given Brazil and UK’s commitment to this agenda, adequate water supply and sanitation management is key for both countries. Hence, ensuring reliable water regulatory frameworks is essential to achieve this goal. The UK and the Brazilian governments have successfully engaged and collaborated on this agenda.
