Brenda Mary Mosey and Basil Ian Mosey have applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is for a full licence to abstract water from the River Holbeck between National Grid References SE 62042 77432 to SE 62472 77522 and SE 60182 77590 to SE 60621 77627 .

The application is to abstract water as follows:

  • 40 cubic metres an hour
  • 600 cubic metres a day
  • 40,000 cubic metres a year

The water will be used for spray irrigation.
