Details

The claimant alleged a breach of union rule relating to the appointment or election of a person to any office. The Assistant Certification Officer upheld the complaint . He issued an enforcement order on the union that the officer should cease forthwith to hold office, or carry out the functions, of the post unless or until appointed in accordance with the rules of the union.
