Details

Mr Newton made a complaint of an alleged breach of union rule regarding his removal from office as an Executive Member of the Union. The complaint was struck out by the Certification Officer under section 256ZA of the 1992 Act on the grounds that the complaint had no reasonable prospect of success or was otherwise misconceived.
