Details

In two complaints the Certification Officer found that the union had not breached its rules in the election of the Vice Chairperson of its Executive Committee or in the election of the Chairperson of its London District Council. In a third complaint relating to disciplinary proceedings by the union, the Certification Officer found that the union had not breached its rules in refusing to process the applicant’s complaint against two members of the union’s Executive Committee.
