Details

The applicant made one complaint under Section 55(1) and two complaints under Section 108A(1) and of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 alleging that the union had breached its rules and statue relating to the presidential and Executive Council elections .

The Certification Officer dismissed the application upon withdrawal by the applicant
