Details

Mr McKay made a complaint of a breach of rule relating to disciplinary proceeding by the Union under section 108A(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation Act). The Union conceded the breach and the parties agreed to the steps needed to remedy the breach. The Certification Officer made an Order that the Union implements the agreement between the parties, set out at paragraph 13 of decision.
