Our bridge inspecting team will be carrying out a detailed survey of the vehicular bridge over the tail lock cut starting the week commencing Monday 2 March 2020.
Engineers will be using a mobile pontoon to access the underneath of the bridge. This will cause periodic disruption to navigating craft and we ask that vessels avoid Boulters Lock during this period.
We are planning to complete the survey work during the first week of March from Monday 2 March to Friday 6 March. However, we have extended the period for this Harbour Master’s notice to enable flexibility in case of weather-related delays.
