Details
This publication provides performance data for digital services delivered by BIST. These indicators support transparency and accountability by:
- stating the purpose of the publication and why the indicators are being published
- giving an overview of the digital services included
- setting out the frequency of publication and planned updates
The performance data is updated monthly and is refreshed on the third working day of each month. Each update contains data for the previous calendar month. The data is intended to support understanding of how individual digital services are being used and how their performance changes over time. The indicators are derived from a combination of Google Analytics 4 and service operational systems. Supporting documents are provided alongside the data:
- methodology and quality statement describing how the data is collected, calculated and quality assured
- definition document explaining how individual service metrics, transactions, completion rate and satisfaction measures are defined
The published data includes, where available:
- users and sessions
- transactions
- completion rates
- user satisfaction and feedback response volumes
As services have different purposes, users and measurement approaches, the indicators should primarily be used to understand trends within individual services over time. They should not be used to compare performance between services without considering the accompanying definitions and methodology.
