Bicycles produced by Universal Cycle Corporation (Guangzhou) Co Ltd (Anti-Dumping Duty measure AD2425 amending AD2412)

The Commission has announced in Regulation 2020/966 OJ ref. L213, that following a new exporter review, it is imposing anti-dumping duty on imports of bicycles produced by Universal Cycle Corporation (Guangzhou) Co Ltd. The individual additional code (C453) attributed to this producer is subject to the anti-dumping duty rate for ‘all other companies’, this is 48.5%, which is backdated to 17 December 2019.
This regulation takes effect from 7 July 2020.

Customs authorities will cease registration of imports from Universal Cycle Corporation (Guangzhou) Co Ltd and collect the anti-dumping duty on goods imported during the registration period, from 17 December 2019.
