Bicycle parts originating in the People’s Republic of China (Anti-Dumping Duty 2339)

Concerning Anti-Dumping Duty exemptions for bicycle parts originating in the People’s Republic of China.

In Implementing Decision 2019/1087, OJ ref. L171 the Commission confirmed the exemption from Anti-Dumping Duty on certain bicycle parts, originating in the People’s Republic of China for one UK party and the suspension of this duty for another UK party, which is undergoing examination.

The exemption from Anti-Dumping Duty only applies to the above named party.
