On 7 November 2016, changes to the benefit cap will take place. Local authorities and DWP staff in Jobcentre Plus offices must work together to fully support the claimants affected.

This document outlines ways in which organisations have already joined together to form partnerships and put actions into place. Each action can be implemented by other local authorities and Jobcentres. For more details, contact the relevant local authority or Jobcentre Plus.
