Ben Charlesworth has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is for a new abstraction licence to fill two water storage reservoirs at Woodford Lodge Farm in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, National Grid Reference SP 33682 95503.

The reservoir water will subsequently be used for spray irrigation.

The applied for annual abstraction quantity is 24,000 cubic meters per year. The reservoirs will use surplus water captured during wet seasons and flood events during the months of November to March.
