After leaving BEIS, Mr Copley should not draw on privileged information available to him from his time in Crown Service. As Mr Copley’s role is likely to include interaction with ministers and government officials on matters relating to sustainable energy markets as part of developing relationships, it should only be related to the work of EFET on matters aligned with government policy. |
