The Behavioural Insights Team’s Annual Update for 2011/12 is available to download.
The Annual Update sets out the work of the team across a range of different areas - from fraud, energy efficiency and welfare, to charitable giving and the ‘midata’ programme. The Update also explains that the team successfully passed its two year ‘Sunset Review’ and can now be commissioned by external organisations, where there is an underlying social purpose to the work.
